Dear Immaculate Conception Family,

Many great things are happening at Immaculate Conception School. Enrollment is up! The word is out about our school! Welcome to all our new families! We are so happy to have you join our community.

Thank you to Norma Vasquez and her crew for a fantastic evening for Father/Daughter Night. Everyone had a wonderful time. The food was delicious, the games were fun and treasured memories were created.

We can hardly wait for Mother/Son Night. We are working on the details and will let everyone know soon.

Taste Around the World will be on April 30. All families are required to purchase tickets and volunteer. Though the hours on Sign-up may be filled, your room parents will be calling you to schedule service hours in the food booths. This is a GREAT opportunity to complete your required 40 hours for the year or go above & beyond to be invited to the Appreciation Dinner in June.

There will be no P.E. this Thursday. Students should wear regular uniform – no P.E clothes.

We hope everyone can join us on Holy Thursday, April 13, at 10:30AM for the presentation of The Living Stations by our Jr. High. Mr. Mohutsky has donated his time over the last few weeks and we are grateful.

Dismissal on Holy Thursday is at noon. After school care is available until 6PM. Easter break runs from April 14 to April 21. School resumes on Monday, April 24.

There will not be hot lunch on Thursday due to noon dismissal. After school care students must bring lunch.

Sign up now for our enriching, exciting Summer Session. It is a 4-week session and the students will enjoy being part of the program. Avoid summer slide and “I’m bored” by enrolling your child in our program. It is open to the public, so invite friends and family to experience Immaculate Conception School.

Reminder: Earn $100 credit toward your fees when you refer a family that registers for the 2017-2018 school year at IC.

Uniform sale continues until April 15 at CKW. Enclosed are the uniform guidelines. We are transitioning to a more consistent uniform. We will allow the light blue polos until we no longer have any more available at school. It is important that our students are neatly dressed. Shoes and pants with holes are not acceptable. Please see Mrs. Lovano if there is an issue.
