Dear IC Families,
Thank you for supporting the Paco’s fundraiser organized by our School Board for our students. All the students that attended were excused from their homework last night and may wear free dress on Monday, Jan. 25.
We are very excited to offer Mad Science beginning this Monday, Jan. 25. Our students will love this afterschool enrichment program. Please send in your reservation by this Friday to save a spot for your child.

CATHOLIC SCHOOLS ARE COMMUNITIES OF FAITH, KNOWLEDGE & SERVICE. Catholic Schools Week allows us to showcase the positive direction Immaculate Conception is headed. Each day honors a vital part of our school.
Sunday, Jan. 31 Monthly Family Mass @ 10:00 followed by:
- Knights of Columbus Breakfast
- Open House
- Science Fair
- Book Fair
Monday, Feb. 1
- Parent’s Appreciation Day (We appreciate you!)
- Parents are invited to have coffee & donuts at 7:30AM before work.
Tuesday, Feb. 2
- Students Appreciation Day
- Free Dress/Extended recess
- Free Hot Dog Lunch
- No Homework
Wednesday, Feb 3
- Wise Person Day
Each student may invite a “wise” guest for Mass at 8am followed by refreshments and a short program. We look up to wise people that inspire us and teach us life lessons.
Thursday, Feb. 4
- Community Service Day
Our students will work on a service project as Faith Families.
Friday, Feb. 5
- Faculty & Staff Appreciation Day
Lunch will be provided for our faculty and staff.
NOON DISMISSAL
Saturday, Feb. 6
- Installation Mass in honor of Fr. Randy at 5:30 Mass.
Students are asked to wear Mass uniform. We will be collecting money to buy a gift on behalf our students for our pastor. Bishop O’Connell will be presiding. Refreshments will be served in the hall.
We have multiple service hour opportunities to prepare for Catholic Schools’ Week. PLEASE let Ms. Ana know how you can help by Jan. 28 so we can plan accordingly to guarantee a joyous celebration for everyone. We still need the following volunteers or donations:

Our FIRST Parent Appreciation Dinner Dance will be at the end of the school year to honor our parents that go above and beyond with service for our school. Please turn in your service hours so they are recorded.

Monte Carlo Night is a few weeks away and we need EVERYONES’ help to make it successful. We need as many donations and sponsors as possible. Help us gather items to create theme baskets or donate money so items can be purchased. Ask every business or merchant you know for donations. Enclosed in the family envelope are flyers with important information.
Have you turned in your raffle tickets or admission orders so you can be entered in the Early Bird Raffle? Do you have connections so we can have wine or beer donated? Every thing you do to help ensures the success of our fundraiser!!!
